Zenith Properties L.L.C. thanks the Des Moines City Council for their action in advancing the Environmental Impact Study (EIS) review of the permit application at 23660 Marine View Drive South, locally referred to as the Mason’s home. 

In July of 2019, the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Washington applied to demolish the existing structures on the property. In 2020, Zenith Properties L.L.C. acquired the Property and is continuing the permitting process. Zenith Properties L.L.C. looks forward to the Des Moines community having the opportunity to engage and learn about this property as a part of the EIS process.
